A Dialogue of Light and Elegance: “Monochrome Majesty” by Art4you Gallery

Dubai witnessed a sophisticated celebration of minimalism and luxury as Art4you Gallery, led by curator Jesno Jackson, presented the international exhibition Monochrome Majesty – The Dialogue of Black, White, and Gold at Mehromah Art Gallery. The showcase highlighted the timeless interplay of these three powerful hues, unveiling how artists from around the world interpret harmony, contrast, and symbolism through contemporary creative expressions. Held on November 5th, 2025, the opening brought together a vibrant mix of artists, designers, architects, collectors, and cultural patrons, making the evening a meaningful exchange between art and interior design.

In her welcome note, Jesno Jackson spoke about the curatorial vision, describing black, white, and gold as emotional languages that embody balance, purity, strength, and elegance. The exhibition featured an exceptional lineup of international artists including Phil Coleman, Sunanda Docherty, Perihan Marwan, Christina Gabriela B, Jeff Canare, Ruby Narag, Anju Choksi, Janvi Choksi, Prachi Kulkarni, Karoline Denisha, Aimee George, Yaashi Khatanhar, Nataliia Venerova, Salma Barakat, Banashree Sengupta, and Karthika (Kay), each bringing a unique perspective to the theme. Their works ranged from serene monochrome gradients and bold abstract statements to intricate textures and symbolic figurations enriched with gold’s radiant sheen. Sculptural pieces fashioned from black clay and embellished with gold leaf further added an organic yet luxurious dimension, appealing strongly to lovers of modern interiors and design-driven art.

The evening also included a warm felicitation ceremony, where artists were honored with Certificates of Appreciation and commemorative mementos in the presence of distinguished guests including H.E Yaqoob Al Ali, Lara Tabet, Eng. Azeizah AlHassani, Actor Aljafali, Eng. Zahra Al Drawish, Princess Moradeun Ogunjana, Maktoum Al MArzooki, Reem Alsubiy, Abeer Abdullah, Dahana Salem, Lakshmi Shirin, Nadine Ellithy, and Sanaa Lamlih. Thoughtful support from Luxe Décor and Gifts by Parvin, along with media partners DNN, DXB24live, Newsible Asia, UAArt, Ahmed Khaled, Jihane She The Leader, and CBH Chanda Bhatia, enriched the occasion.
