The exhibition “The 6th Postcard Carbafoo,” organized by SAKKU Art (Dubai) in collaboration with Carbafoo (Iran), has opened to the public, offering an intimate and democratic encounter with more than 220 small-format artworks.
Drawing inspiration from the postcard—an object at once modest and deeply meaningful—the exhibition unfolds as a visual journey of memory and connection. Each work, unframed and without labels, appears like a message carried across borders: direct, personal, and immediate.
Installed side by side in a dense wall of images, the pieces form a collective rhythm of impressions—fragments of voices, thoughts, and visions that resonate together without hierarchy. The absence of frames and titles allows every work to stand with equal weight, encouraging visitors to explore freely and discover their own paths through this mosaic of expressions.
Much like browsing through a box of postcards from different times and places, the exhibition becomes a space for personal storytelling. Each viewer is invited to curate their own journey, weaving individual connections into the wider tapestry of shared memory.
Key themes that shape the exhibition include:
Intimacy – Small works as personal notes, closer to whispers than monumental statements.
Democracy – No frames, no titles, no hierarchy; every artwork stands on equal ground.
Collective Memory – Together, the works create a shared visual journal of diverse voices.

“The 6th Postcard Carbafoo Exibition” emphasizes the universal language of art and the subtle ways in which fragments of creativity, like postcards, travel across time and space to connect us.
