Dubai witnessed a vibrant celebration of the 54th UAE National Day as Art4you Gallery successfully hosted a unique Camel Live Art Celebration on 23 November 2025 at Mehromah Art House. The event brought together a diverse group of artists who created live artworks on specially crafted camel-shaped wooden sculptures, transforming a national symbol into powerful visual stories of heritage, unity, and pride. The camel, a timeless emblem of Emirati resilience, journey, and desert legacy, formed the heart of the artistic concept. Each artist was provided with a sustainable wooden camel sculpture and invited to reinterpret the spirit of the UAE through their own creative language. This innovative format beautifully bridged tradition with contemporary expression, allowing heritage to be celebrated through modern artistic perspectives.

Every participating artist examined a different aspect of the country's identity. Nithin Umesh, Anastesia Novokreshchenova, Natalia Vityugova, Thanmaya K, Mariia Bikbulatova, Ekaterina Novokreshchenova, Vasilisa Eliseeva, Shaji Kundathil, Gayatri Simit Shah, Irina Pavlova, Jyoti Devdar, Sofia Kachurina, Maria Agnes, Jesno Jackson, Lavaya Varma, Aimee George, Saura Ramjathan, Christina Gabriela, Mozhgan Afrisham, Eva Andreeva, and Asjad Elsayed were among the artists who painted live. Russia, India, Iran, Australia, Romania, the Philippines, and other countries were represented among these artists. Speaking at the event, curator Jesno Jackson said, “The camel is not merely an animal in our culture, it represents our living history. Through these sustainable sculptures, artists have narrated the emotional, cultural, and spiritual journey of the UAE. This is meaningful art with responsibility.” A total of 22 live artworks were created during the session and evaluated for originality, execution, concept, and thematic relevance. While selected works received special recognition, all artists were honored with certificates for their contribution. Sustainability remained central to the initiative, with the eco-friendly wooden camel sculptures reinforcing the message of responsible creativity and reusable cultural art.

The event was attended by distinguished VIP guests, cultural leaders, media representatives, and art patrons, who interacted with the artists and witnessed the live transformations. CEO Rengi Cherian stated, “This celebration reflects Art4you Gallery’s commitment to integrating culture, sustainability, and global artistic exchange. The UAE is a nation of vision, and through art we translate that vision into shared experiences and visual narratives.” Art4you Gallery's objective to connect art with society, sustainability, and cultural storytelling was powerfully reflected in the UAE National Day Live Art Celebration. This program reiterated that art is more than just decoration; it is documentation of identity, unity, and progress, which is in line with the UAE's long-term vision of innovation steeped in tradition.
